Yes. You never have to spend anything to play. Every new account starts with 200,000 coins, and there's a free gift waiting every day. If you ever want more coins, you can buy them — that's entirely optional.

No. Coins are for fun only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or prizes, sent to anyone, or withdrawn. That's by design — see Responsible Play.

Choose Start playing free, confirm you're 18 or over, and pick a way in: Facebook, Google, or your email address. That's all — no name, no password, no birthdate.

No. Sister Spins runs in your web browser on any phone, tablet or computer, including an iPad.

If you joined with Facebook or Google, choose the same button again. If you joined with your email, there's no password to remember: choose Sign in, enter the same email address, and we'll send you a link. Open it on the same device and you're in. The link works once and expires after 20 minutes, so ask for a fresh one if it's gone stale.

Check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes lands there the first time. Adding [email protected] to your contacts helps future emails reach your main inbox. Still nothing after a few minutes? Ask for a new link.

Open the menu, choose Account & settings, then Personal details, and change your nickname there. It's the name your Sisters see in your circle.

Not from your account yet. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, tell us the new one, and we'll change it for you.

Open the menu, choose Account & settings, then Take a break and Yes, pause my account. It signs you out everywhere and stops you signing back in. Lifting a pause isn't automatic — email [email protected] and we'll talk it through with you first.

Yes, if you'd like to. Open the menu, choose Account & settings, then Spending limits, and set a daily, weekly or monthly amount. Lowering a limit works straight away; raising or removing one takes 24 hours. When a coin pack would take you past your limit, Get Coins says so and shows what you have left. See Responsible Play.

After an hour of continuous play, and every hour after that, we show a short note just above the game: "You've been playing for an hour." It never stops your game — tap Got it and carry on, or take a break if you'd like one. A break of 15 minutes or more starts the clock again.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm with you, then delete it within 30 days. Deleting is permanent: your coins, cards and level can't be brought back. If you only want a break, pausing your account (above) is the gentler choice. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.

Every day you visit, a free coin gift is waiting on the Play page. It grows each day you come back in a row, for up to seven days, and starts again from day one if you miss a day. Higher levels make it bigger.

Come back tomorrow for your daily gift, or buy more if you'd like to keep playing now. We'll never make you spend to keep playing.

Choose Get Coins at the top of the page. You'll see the coin packages and pay securely through Stripe — we never see your card number. Your very first purchase is doubled. Buying is always optional, and purchases are final except where we made a billing error (see our Terms).

Yes. Open Sisters and use Invite a Sister to share your own link. A friend who joins with it starts with 300,000 coins, and once she has played her first 100 spins, we'll thank you with 250,000 coins. Coins are for play only — they can't be sold, sent to anyone, or turned into money.

Every spin on any game can bring a pack of album cards, whether that spin wins or not. New cards arrive face down in My Album — tap one to turn it over. Finish the current album and you earn a big coin bonus and a keepsake.

Open a card you have more than one of in My Album and tap Gift this card. Pick a Sister from your circle and it goes straight into her album. For a friend in another circle, tap Make a gift link and send her the link — for example in your Facebook Messenger chat with her. The first person to open the link gets the card, so send it only to her. If no one opens it within 7 days, the card comes back to you, and you can cancel it before then under Gifts waiting to be opened. You always keep one copy of every card, and you can send up to 5 gifts a day.

Cards stop dropping once an album ends, but a Sister with a spare can still gift you the cards you're missing. A past album finished this way becomes a keepsake; the coin bonus is only for finishing the current album.

Yes. In My Album, choose Share your album to copy a private link. Anyone with the link sees your nickname and your cards — nothing else. You can stop sharing at any time and the link stops working.

When you join, you're placed in a circle of up to 50 Sisters. Together you work towards a shared weekly goal, and everyone in the circle earns coins when it's reached. There's no ranking and no competition — just a team.

Say good morning, share a little win, or ask your Sisters something. To keep everyone safe, links, email addresses, phone numbers and payment details aren't allowed, and a post containing one pauses your posting. If that happened by mistake, email [email protected] and we'll put it right. There are no private messages on Sister Spins, so never send money to anyone who asks — we never will.

You move up six levels — Amber, Rose Quartz, Pearl, Opal, Garnet and Diamond — just by playing: every spin counts the same, whatever you bet. Each level makes your daily gift and your card chances bigger and gives you more coins back from your play. Levels can't be bought, and once you've reached one it's yours for good. See Rewards for your progress.
