Responsible Play

Sister Spins is free to play and there's no way to win or lose real money — but we know play can still take up more time or attention than you'd like. Here's what we build in to help, and where to go if you need more support.

You're always in control

• Spend limits. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you spend on Coins, right from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one has a 24-hour cooling-off period, so a spur-of-the-moment decision can't undo your own limit.
• Session reminders. After 60 minutes of continuous play, and every hour after that, we'll show you a gentle reminder of how long you've been playing. It's just information — you choose what to do with it.
• Self-exclusion. If you'd like to take a break, self-exclusion blocks you from logging in entirely, not just from the store.
