Sister Spins is free to play and there's no way to win or lose real money — but we know play can still take up more time or attention than you'd like. Here's what we build in to help, and where to go if you need more support.

You're always in control

  • Self-exclusion. If you'd like to take a break, pause your account any time. It signs you out everywhere and blocks you from logging back in — not just from the store. Lifting a pause isn't automatic: email us at [email protected] and we'll talk it through with you first.
  • Spending limits. If you'd like, set the most you want to spend on Coins in a day, a week or a month — open the menu, choose Account & settings, then Spending limits. A daily limit counts what you've bought in any 24 hours, a weekly one any 7 days, a monthly one any 30 days. Lowering a limit works straight away. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours, so a spur-of-the-moment decision can't undo a limit you set for yourself. There's no limit unless you set one.
  • Playtime reminders. After an hour of continuous play, and every hour after that, a short note just above the game tells you how long you've been playing. It never stops your game. It's just information — you choose what to do with it.

A reminder about what Sister Spins is

Coins have no cash value and can never be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling. If you're looking for real-money gambling, Sister Spins isn't it.
