1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Sister Spins, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you don't agree, please don't create an account or use the service.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or play. By creating an account, you're confirming that you meet this requirement. If we determine that an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll suspend it and void any Coins balance associated with it. We don't knowingly allow anyone under 18 to play.

3. What Sister Spins is

Sister Spins is a free-to-play social gaming site, offered for entertainment only. Every game we offer can be played in full without ever spending money. Sister Spins is not an online casino and does not offer gambling — see §4.

4. Virtual currency — no cash value, no redemption

Coins used on Sister Spins ("Coins") have no monetary value. Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, sold, or withdrawn for cash, goods, credit, or anything else of value, under any circumstances. No prize of any kind is offered for play. Sister Spins is not gambling and does not offer gambling.

Inviting friends. You can share a personal invite link. A friend who joins through it starts with extra Coins, and when she has played her first 100 spins you receive bonus Coins as a thank-you. Invite rewards are always Coins, with the same lack of value as all other Coins — never money, goods or anything else. The number of friends who can earn you a reward is limited each month and in total, and the amounts may change. You may only invite real people you know; you may not invite yourself or create extra accounts. We may withhold invite rewards, or remove Coins credited through them, where we believe a link was misused.

Gifting cards. You can give a spare album card to another player, either directly to a member of your circle or with a one-time gift link. Album cards, like Coins, have no monetary value: they cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money, Coins, goods or anything else of value, inside or outside Sister Spins, and you may not offer or accept anything in return for a card. A gift is final once the other player has received it. A gift link can be used once, by whoever opens it first, so send it only to the person it's meant for; a link nobody opens within 7 days returns the card to you. Gifting is limited each day, and we may reverse gifts, or pause gifting on an account, where we believe these rules were broken or extra accounts were used.

5. Buying Coins

Some players choose to buy additional Coins to keep playing once they've used their daily top-up. This is always optional — no game on Sister Spins requires a purchase. Purchases are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Because Coins have no cash value and can't be redeemed, purchases are final and not eligible for a refund, except where we made a billing error or the law requires one. If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us first — we can usually sort it out faster than a chargeback can, and a chargeback may result in your account being suspended while we look into it.

6. Your account

You may hold one account. Creating more than one account, or letting anyone else use your account, isn't permitted. Keep access to your email and to any Facebook or Google account you sign in with to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, was created by someone under 18, or shows signs of fraud or abuse. You can pause your own account any time through self-exclusion — see our Responsible Play page. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]; deletion is permanent, and any Coins, cards and level on the account are lost without refund — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or other automated means to play; create or use more than one account; exploit a bug or technical error for your own gain rather than reporting it to us; or harass, abuse, or impersonate another player or a member of our team. We may suspend or close an account, and withhold any pending Coins, for any of the above.

8. Community wall

Your circle's wall is a friendly space to share with your Sisters. Please keep it kind. Posts are visible to the members of your circle and show your Sister nickname and avatar.

To keep everyone safe, you may not post links, email addresses, phone numbers, social-media or messaging handles, payment details, or offers to buy, sell, trade or send Coins or anything else of value. Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts (see §4).

Posts that break these rules are blocked automatically, and posting from the account is paused. If you believe this happened by mistake, email [email protected] and we'll review it and restore access where appropriate. We may hide or remove any post, and pause or end posting access, at our discretion.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Sister Spins permission to display it to the members of your circle for as long as it remains on the wall. Never share personal information about yourself or anyone else, and never send money to anyone you meet here.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sister Spins is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sister Spins and Sannis aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because Coins have no cash value, our total liability to you in any dispute is limited to the amount you've spent on Coin purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

Sister Spins is operated by Sannis, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 78627656, Foeliestraat 10, 1011TM Amsterdam, Netherlands. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will go before the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we'll post a notice on the site and update the "last updated" date above at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the change.
